I'm getting confused. Just how many have there been?

Turkey, Egypt, Ciclet, Karo... the clusters have started to run together. Can we start a list of When/Where/What Country/How many suspected to have been infected?

Thanks! I admit, I am not as adept on the wiki side as the forum. The graphs are great, but the written synopsis really works for me. That's just what I needed.
