Flu Wiki is a large site, and searching can help you find things.

The simplest way to search is the Search box to the left. You can search either diaries or comments. if you click 'advanced search', you can also search for users, the name of specific posters, 'comments by' (DemFromCT, e.g.), or comments that include DemFromCT.

DemFromCT :: Searching Flu Wiki Forum
There is an ongoing list of diary titles and links, hand-made by volunteers. Click diary list in the Subjects box to see it.

A new feature is the Recent Active Diaries list. This is the last 15 diaries that have been commented in, most recent at the top of the list. if you want to see where the active conversation is look here.

Some folks prefer to use Google or some other search engine. Type in your_keyword site:newfluwiki2.com as a search term and add what you are looking for.

For simple search terms like food or water, try the tags box. Tags are search terms or keywords used in searching the site that registered readers can add to diaries. You can search tags in the Hot Tags box on the main page by clicking on all tags and look by popularity or by alphabetical order. Tags can be added after the fact by anyone reading a diary.
